NPS Legacy - Hall of Fame

If you know someone who you believe is worthy of NPS Hall of Fame consideration, we invite you to submit a nomination form. Nominations may be submitted at any time throughout the year, noting the deadline for nominations each year.

• Submit your completed form and supporting materials to the Superintendent's Office.

2026 Induction Deadline
To be considered for the 2026 NPS Hall of Fame Induction, nomination forms and supporting documents must be submitted by Monday, April 13, 2026.

Each July, a new class of Hall of Fame inductees is announced. The Induction Ceremony is held each summer, typically in early August, at Lakeview Memorial Gymnasium.

Family, friends, alumni, former students, and colleagues gather to celebrate the accomplishments of the newest inductees. The evening includes:

• A dinner and reception
   

• Formal recognition of each inductee
   

• Celebration of recent NHS graduates whose achievements reflect the enduring spirit of the Negaunee Miners

The NPS Hall of Fame Voting Committee is made up of more than fifty voters, including:

• Business sponsors
   

• Community members
   

• NPS Hall of Fame inductees or their family members
   

• Members of the NPS Hall of Fame Planning Committee

A one-time $50 donation to the NPS Hall of Fame grants lifetime eligibility as a voting member.
