NPS Board of Education Meetings
Regular monthly meetings of the NPS Board of Education are held on the third Monday of the month, with exceptions noted on the posted annual calendar, in the NHS Library - 500 W Arch Street, Negaunee - beginning at 5pm, unless otherwise noted on public website notice.
NPS Board Policy and Mission Statements
The Board will establish, maintain, and amend bylaws and Policies (together, “Policies”) that guide the District and assist the Board and its designees with carrying out District functions and duties.
Mission Statement: The primary purpose of our school is teaching and learning. It is our responsibility to develop the intellectual, vocational, physical, creative, cultural, and social capabilities of all our students to their maximum potential. Our schools belong to the people of the community and we further realize that productive schools are built on partnerships of citizens, parents, and staff.
